iStock 000012313909XSmalluniverse 300x199 To Be the Best Parent You Must Be the Best YOU!The Universal Law of Attraction states that what you think, feel, and put your focus on is what you will attract…negative or positive. The story you are telling is what you will create.

These same principles that millions are using to attract the perfect job, partner, home etc. apply to parenting as well. Typically, most of us get our ideas, beliefs, and attitudes about parenting from our own experiences growing up…the way our parents raised us…for better or worse.

For Example:

  • Parenting is hard work
  • Parenting is a difficult job
  • Parenting takes an enormous amount of energy
  • Parenting requires a high level of patience
  • Parenting is stressful

Remember, as the law of attraction states, the story you tell will become your reality.  If you believe parenting is stressful or requires an extraordinary amount of patience you will attract stressful situations needing a great deal of patience…

"If you see parenting as a difficult job…it will be, if you see it as an amazing opportunity to enhance, encourage, and support the journey of a magnificent new soul…it will be."

When you approach parenting the same way you approach anything you want to create or attract you are in effect enlisting the assistance of the Universe.

The first and most important step is to examine YOUR beliefs and ideas, both conscious and unconscious. Some (those you are conscious and aware of) you will recognize immediately, others (those buried in your subconscious mind and are unaware of) require extra work. The goal is to uncover and remove the deeply embedded negative beliefs that are passed on to your children without your awareness just as they were passed on to you…

You may think, "I don't have negative thoughts regarding being a parent or raising my children." And that is exactly where the problem lies…the beliefs that cause the problems are those that we are NOT aware of.

Make no mistake…regardless of your education, lifestyle, or financial status we all have limiting beliefs.

    Hi, Denny & Benni!
Great job on your new  website! ;)
You are doing such important work offering classes for parents who are ready to  stop screaming and start enjoying the experience of parenting, while benefiting their children at the same time.
How many people thought, while growing up, "I don't want to be anything like my parents!!!" ~ YET, because they are moving forward unconsciously, they end up being EXACTLY like their parents! Your classes will really help people step out of that pattern!
    Keep up the great work!
    Many blessings,
    Nancy

    Thanks for your comments Nancy,
You hit it right on the mark…we are all a product of how we were raised, like it or not! I am grateful to be living in a time when parents have a choice to be able to consciously choose how they parent their children!
    Blessings!
